However, where t~ or mo.re through highways <br />intersect and no traffic control signal is in operation, <br />stop signs shall be erected at one or more entrances <br />thereto by the Director of Public Safety. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section 313.02 of the Traffic Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Laka~vood .is hereby s~pplemented by enacting new <br />Paragraph (f) to read as follows: <br /> <br />313.02 - THROUGH STREETS; STOP SIGNS AND INTERSECTIONS. <br /> <br />Pursuant to authority, of Paragraph (b) hereof and Ohio <br />Revised Code Section 4511.65(B) the following streets <br />situated in residence districts are hereby declared not <br />to be through streets or highways provided stop signs, <br />yield signs or other official traffic control devices <br />are erected at an intersecting street: <br /> <br />Bunts Road from Clifton Boulevard 'to Lakewood Heights <br />Boulevard; Warren Road from Clifton Boulevard to L~(ewood <br />Heights Boulevard and Woodward Avenue from Detroit Avenue <br />to Fisher Road. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council it shall <br />take effect and be in force inrrodiately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; otherwise it shall take effect at the earliest period allowed by law <br />and existing Paragraph (a) of Section 313.02 shall be and the same is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
