The pension or indemnity fund of the municipal corporati~ calling for such assistance shall not be liable for any benefits or res- ponsible in any way to any members of the Police Departments of the res- ponding municipal corporations. 8. The parties hereto shall not be required to reimburse or indemnify any pension or indemnity fund of the other party for any pen- sion or indemnity award or premium contribution assessed against such party wherein the members of the Police Department are employed, for Wor men's Compensation. benefits and for casualty insurance premiums arising or incurred ~y reason of injuries to or death of a policeman of such party, as a result Of, or occurring while engaged in participating in police activity or rendering servi~ to such other party under the terms of this agreement, or while going to or from the scene of an activity or service, or while responding to a call pursuant to the terms of this agreement. 9. As a part of this agreement, each municipal corporation represented herein shall participate in the Westshore Enforcement Bureau which shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of the Chiefs of Police of participating agencies wh~ through the structure and pro- cedures of his municipal corporation, shall upon mutual agreement of a program provide the necessary funds Bnd receive funds and equipment under Federal or other Grants received by this Westshore Enforcement Bureau. Refunds and equipment shall be receiged on tile same basis as the contri- buting share of the municipalities. 10. This agreement shall be in full force and effect between the parties hereto from the date herein above set forth, provided, however any one of the parties hereto may give written notice, at any time, to the other parties of its intention to ter~ninate this ag~-eement and with- draw therefrom~ and then this agreement shall tez~ninate thirty (30) days after receipt of said written notice as t-o the said ~.~ithdrawi~g party. Said agreement shall continue in full force and effect as between the re- maining parties.
