Section 6. Tha~ this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; and Ordinance No. 28-79, adopted March 19, 1979, Ordinance No. 68-79, <br />adopted August 16, 1979, Ordinance No. 70-79, adopted September 4, 1979, Ordi- <br />nance 71,-79, adopted October I~ 1979 and Ordinance No. 79-79, adopted Decem- <br />ber 3, 1979, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent here- <br />w~th shall be and are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopte ,. <br /> <br />PFesident <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
