0 P..DI N~ C~] NO. 34-80 EY: Graham, Salmon Wendling, Brown, Gallagher AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating the position and fixing the annual salary for the position of Assistant Director in the Department of Economic and Community Development and eliminating the position of Administrative Assistant in the Department of Economic and Community Development effective June 1, 1980 and repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual dally operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Subsection V of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 20-80 now reading as follows: V. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of thms Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted mn an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of thms Council and of any of its committees that resulted mn such formal action, were in meetmngs open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 3. That thms ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmatmve vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, mt shall take effect and be in force ir~mediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby repealed.
