0 P..DI N~ C~] NO. 34-80 <br /> <br />EY: Graham, Salmon <br /> Wendling, Brown, <br /> Gallagher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating the position and fixing the annual <br />salary for the position of Assistant Director in the Department of Economic and <br />Community Development and eliminating the position of Administrative Assistant <br />in the Department of Economic and Community Development effective June 1, 1980 <br />and repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual dally operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of <br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of <br />employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Subsection V of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 20-80 now <br />reading as follows: <br /> <br />V. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of thms <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted mn an <br />open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of thms Council and <br />of any of its committees that resulted mn such formal action, were in meetmngs open <br />to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 <br />of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
