PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE ~FERRED TO THE ZONING AND _ANNING COMMITTEE OF COUNCIL Al THE PLANNING COMMISSION. 6/16/8( ORDINANCE NO. 42-80 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Wendling AN ORDINANCE to,amend Section 1105.03, Section 1107.03, Section 1109.03, Section 1111.03, and Section 1113.03 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, to prohibit the parking of commercial motor vehicles in a residential district. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section l. That Section 1105.03 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: 1105.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. The following accessory uses shall be permitted when lo- cated on the same lot or parcel with a permitted principal use: (a) A garage not to exceed 20 feet in width and 20 feet in depth regardless of the requirements of Section 1105.10, provided, however, that a garage may exceed such dimensions if it complies with the requirements of Section 1105.10. Motor vehicles only shall be housed in such garage. (b) One real estate sign not exceeding five square feet per face in area, advertising only the property on which it is located for sale or rent. (c) Customary accessory uses and buildings provided such.~ uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the principal uses. be and the same is hereby amended so that as amended, it shall read as follows: 1105.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES AND BUILDINGS. (c) Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the prin- cipal uses. The parking of commercial motor vehicles in the yard a~ea shall not be deemed an accessory use and is prohibited. Section 2. That Section 1107.03 of th~ Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: 1107.03. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. The following accessory uses shall be permitted when lo- cated on the same lot or parcel with a permitted prin- cipal use: (a) A garage not to exceed 20 feet in width and 20 feet in depth regardless of the requirements of Section 1107.10, provided, however, that a garage may exceed such dimensions if it complies with the requirements of Section 1107.10.
