PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE <br />~FERRED TO THE ZONING AND <br /> _ANNING COMMITTEE OF COUNCIL Al <br /> THE PLANNING COMMISSION. 6/16/8( <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 42-80 BY: <br /> <br />Brown, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, <br />Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to,amend Section 1105.03, Section 1107.03, Section <br />1109.03, Section 1111.03, and Section 1113.03 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, to prohibit the parking of commercial motor <br />vehicles in a residential district. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section l. That Section 1105.03 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />1105.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br /> <br />The following accessory uses shall be permitted when lo- <br />cated on the same lot or parcel with a permitted principal <br />use: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />A garage not to exceed 20 feet in width and 20 feet <br />in depth regardless of the requirements of Section <br />1105.10, provided, however, that a garage may exceed <br />such dimensions if it complies with the requirements <br />of Section 1105.10. Motor vehicles only shall be <br />housed in such garage. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />One real estate sign not exceeding five square feet <br />per face in area, advertising only the property on <br />which it is located for sale or rent. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Customary accessory uses and buildings provided such.~ <br />uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the <br />principal uses. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended so that as amended, it shall read as follows: <br /> <br />1105.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES AND BUILDINGS. <br /> <br />The following accessory uses shall be permitted when lo- <br />cated on the same lot or parcel with a permitted principal <br />use: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />A garage not to exceed 20 feet in width and 20 feet <br />in depth notwithstanding of the requirements of <br />Section 1105.10, provided, however, that a garage <br />may exceed such dimensions if it complies with the <br />requirements of Section 1105.10. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />One real estate sign not exceeding five square feet <br />per face in area, advertising only the property on <br />which it is located for sale or rent. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such <br />uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the prin- <br />cipal uses.
