-3- <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />One real estate sign, not exceeding five square feet <br />per face in area, which advertises the sale or rent <br />of the entire property on which such sign is located. <br /> <br />Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such <br />uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the prin- <br />cipal building and use. The parking of commercial motor <br />vehicles in the yard area shall not be deemed an accessory <br />use and is prohibited. <br /> <br />(d) Customary home occupation. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Section llll.03 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />llll.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br /> <br />The following accessory uses shall be permitted when located <br />on the same lot or parcel with a permitted principal use: <br /> <br />(a) Private garage to house passenger motor vehicle. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such <br />uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the prin- <br />cipal building and use. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended so that as amended, it shall read as follows: <br /> <br />llll.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br /> <br />The following accessory uses shall be permitted when located <br />on the same lot.or parcel with a permitted principal use: <br /> <br />(a) Private garage. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such <br />uses and buildings are clearly incidental to the prin- <br />cipal buildings and use. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted <br />in an open meeting of this Council, and that'all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section <br />121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
