Section ll. That it is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Counci~ concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an ope~ ~et~ng of this Council, and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 12. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated i.n the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law and existing Section 1305.07(t), 1305.07(v), <br />1305.10, 1305.15(e), 1305.23, 1305.39(f), 1305.30(a), 1305.43(a), and 1305.45 <br />of the Housing Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be <br />and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
