For the purpose of this ordinance "Student" shall mean any person who is a student in kindergarten to the twelfth grade, both inclusive. "Adult" shall meany any person, other than a student or a pre-kindergarten child; provided, however, only persons 18 years of age and over shall be permitted to "Adult Only" Sessions. Me For the purpose of this ordinance "Full Season" shall mean that period from the opening day after Labor Day through April 30 and "Half Season" shall mean that period from the opening date after Labor Day through December 31st or from January 1st to April 30th of each year. "Summer Session" shall mean that period from May ist through posted closing day~ of each year. me In the event an admission charge is made for spectator events and/or fund-raising activities, the sponsor may be required to share receipts in excess of the basic rink rental charges upon such terms as shall be agreed upon between the sponsor and the Director of Recreation. Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, and Ordinance No. 38-80, adopted May 19, 1980 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
