-2- <br /> <br />Section 3. As of the date upon which this ordinance takes effect, no <br />one hundred twenty (120) day notice may be conveyed to any tenant <br />in a rental apartment building. <br /> <br />Section 4. As of the date upon which this ordinance takes effect, no <br />rental apartment building may be converted to condominium ownership <br />unless the declaration and plat of said property has been previously <br />filed wi'th the Clerk of Council of'the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 5. If any provision of this ordinance or the application <br />thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity <br />does not affect other provisions or applications of this ordinance, <br />which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect immediately after its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:~~ ~/~0 <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
