ORDINANCE NO. 7-81 BY: <br /> <br /> AN E}~RGENC¥ ORDINANCE Creating the positions and fixing the annual <br />salaries for the positions of Clerk of Council/Legislative Aide and Finan- <br />cial Secretary/Administrative Aide and eliminating the position of Clerk <br />of Council effective February 16, 1981 and repealing all other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation o~ a municipal department in that in the interes~ of <br />public service, ~¢elfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of <br />employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Subsection III of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 20-80 now <br />reading as follows: <br /> <br />III. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and <br />of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meeting open <br />to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 <br />of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmatzve vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; <br />and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inco_n~istent herewith shall be and <br />are hereby repealed. ~~Presi~den~t ~~ <br />Approved: ~~/ ~ ':~//~ <br /> <br /> <br />
