shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 911.02 CHARGES. (a) Residents of the City and owners of businesses situated in the City who bring refuse, garbage, and other waste materials arising out of the use of their place of residence or business to the Lakewood incinerator in their own passenger cars and station wagons may make use of the incinerator without charge. (b) A charge shall be made for all materials brought by, for or on behalf of contractors and commercial haulers and by residents of the City and owners of businesses situated ~ in the City who bring refuse, garbage and other waste materials arising out of the use of their place of residence or business to the Lakewood incinerator as follows: Trailers up to 4 foot Vehicles bearing non-commercial plates, farm plates, 5 foot trailers or more and trucks with a first number license plate .designation 4 Vans and trucks with a first number license plate designation 5 Trucks with a first number plate designation 6 Trucks with a first number license plate designation 7 $10.00 20.00 30.00 40.00 50.00 Trucks with a first number license number designation 8 60.00 Trucks with a first number license plate designation 9 70.00 Trucks with a first number license plate designation 10 80. O0 Trucks with a first number license plate designation 11 90.00 Trucks with a first number license plate designation 12 100.00 Trucks with a first number license plate designation more than 12 will not be permitted to dump at the incinerator. (c) Trucks and/or trailers with high sideboards may be charged at a higher plate rate as shall be determined by the scale operator on duty to compensate for the extra load. (d) No refuse, garbage or other waste material arising out of the use of premises located outside of the City shall be accepted at the Lakewood Incinerator. Section 3. That Section 911.03 of the Streets and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood shall be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
