Section 2. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section <br />1 hereof, as provided by HOspital personnel policy, those employees who <br />qualify shall be paid a shift and charge differential at a rate of fifty <br />cents (.50) per hour in addition to their usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 3. In addition to the compensation in Section 1 hereof, <br />as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall <br />be paid a resource differential of up to three dollars ($3.00) per hour in <br />addition to their usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 4. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section <br />1 hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those emplosees who <br />qualify shall be paid overtime at a rate of one and one-half times the <br />employee's regular hourly rate for day shift and one and one-half times the <br />regular hourly rate and shift differential for relief and night shifts. <br /> <br /> Section 5. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section <br />1 hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who <br />qualify shall be entitled to be paid at their regular hourly rate up to <br />five (5) days of earned but not taken vacation time or holiday time. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Compensation for said employees shall be paid from the <br />Hospital's Operating Fund on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect on December 27, 1981 and Ordinance No. 87-80 <br />adopted January 19, 1981 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby repealed as of t~at date. <br /> <br /> <br />
