-2- <br /> <br />Section 6. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Special Assessment Fund: <br /> <br />Street Improvement <br /> <br />307~500 <br /> <br />Section 7. That the following summary of appropriations shall govern <br />expenditures of the City of Lakewood. for fiscal year 1981 subject to <br />any additions and/or changes: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />General Funds <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Debt Service Funds <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Special Assessment Funds <br /> <br />11,525,000 <br />6,676,850 <br />6,q62,000 <br />150,000 <br />42,735,900 <br />307~500 <br /> <br />Total Appropriations <br /> <br />$67,857,250 <br /> <br />307,500 <br /> <br />Section 8. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this <br />ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of <br />the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the <br />President of Council ~hall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 9. In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of <br />the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving <br />notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof <br />for a period not less than fifteen {15) days, in not less than five {5) <br />of the most public places in the City, which places have been determined <br />by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 10. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency meas- <br />ure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor, and Ordinance No. 91-80 and all other ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~~ ~', ,/,~J <br /> <br />Approved:~ <br /> <br /> <br />
