ORDINANCE NO. 40-81 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Gallaghe~, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE additionally appropriating the sum of $350,000 from the <br />Street Rotary Improvement Fund, and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />WHERSAS, it is the intent of the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio <br />to resurface streets in the C~ty, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the passage of this ordinance would help to accomplish those <br />ends; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the sum of $350,000 is now and hereby additionally <br />appropriated from the Street Rotary Improvement Fund for uses related <br />thereto. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof, and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of alt members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
