AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE c~'pesving the editing and inclusion of ~Prtain
<br />Ordinances enacted by the Council from December l, 1979, to April i, igSt, as
<br />parts of various component codes of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake-
<br />wood.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, various Ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been
<br />adopted by this Council during the period of December l, 1979, to April l, 1981,
<br />whi;h should be included in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio,
<br />so as to conform to the classification and numbering system of the Codified
<br />Ordinances, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, this Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for
<br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department and there exists an imperative
<br />necessity for ~he earliest publicatio~ and distribution of 1981 replacement pages
<br />to t~e Codified Ordinances of the City of takewood, to the officials and residents
<br />of the City so as to facilitate administration, daily operation, and to avoid
<br />practical and legal entanglements, now, therefore,
<br />
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY lHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAK[WOOD, STATE OF OitIO'
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the editing, arrangement, and numbering or renumbering
<br />of the following Ordinances and parts of ordinances are hereby approved as parts
<br />of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances oF the City of 1akewood,
<br />so as to conform to the classification and numbering system of the Codified Ordin-
<br />ances, tO wit:
