Monitoring facilities to allow inspection, <br /> · _ __c.¢ measurement of the building sewer and/or internal <br />samD!inz, and =~ ' <br />drainage systems shall be provided and operated by all significant <br />industrial users or other industrial user which may have a significant <br />effec: as dete~~m...ined by the City Engineer. The monitoring facility <br />should normaily be situated on the user's premises, but the City Engineer <br />may, when such a location would be impractical or cause undue hardship <br />on the user, allow the facility to be constructed in =he public street <br />or sidewalk area and iota=ed so that it will not be obstructed by land- <br />scaping or parked vehicles. <br /> There shall be amDle room in or near such sampling manhole or facility <br /> =o aiic~ accurage sampiing and compositing of samples for analysis.
