indicated: the sum of S21,000.00 is appropriated from the Sewer & Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant Improvement Fund; the sum of $21,000.00 is appropri- <br />ated from the Hospital Improvement Fund; <br />and the sum of $1,050.00 is appropriated from the Bond Retirement <br />Fund. To the extent that amounts in the City's Treasury or in the <br />process of collection thereto to the credit of the hereinbefore men- <br />tioned Funds are insufficient to support the appropriations made herein- <br />before, the amount of any insufficiency ~s hereby appropriated from the <br />City's General Fund. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Contract auhorized by Section l'of this Ordi- <br />nance shall be approved as to form and correctness by the City's Director <br />of Law. The City's Director of Finance is herebF directed to execute ~n <br />appropriate certificate as to the availability of funds to pay Bond <br />Counsel for its services rendered under such Contract. <br /> <br /> Section 4. It is hereby found and determined'that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its Committees that resulted <br />in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public in compliance <br />with all legal requirements including the City's Charter and Codified <br />Ordinances and Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared To be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adopnion and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and <br />be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> ,. - Pre~id~ <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
