That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to: forward a certified copy of this ordinance to the Board of <br />Elections of Cuyahoga County; cause notice of the foregoing proposed <br />Charter amendment to be given pursuant to Section 107.10 of the Admini- <br />strative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio <br />and Section 731.211 of the Revised Code of Ohio; and give public notmce <br />of the tzme and place of holding such election by publicatzon of notice <br />thereof at least ten (10) days prior to the day of such electmon mn a <br />newspaper published and of general circulation in the City. <br /> <br /> Secn~on 4. That the Director of Law is hereby authorzzed and <br />directed to prepare and submmt to the Board of Elect~ons of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, wording for the ballot submztting the question of the <br />foregoing proposed amendment upon request from the Board of Elections <br />that the City furnish additional or alternative wording to that set <br />forth in Sectmom 2 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5. It is found and determined that all formal actmons <br />of thzs Council concerning and relatzng to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted In an open meetmng of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of ally of its committees that resulted <br />mn such formal actmons, were in meetings open to the public, in compli- <br />ance with all legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the 0hmo <br />Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
