ORDINANCE NO. 2-82 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gal lagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Lease <br />Agreement with Nicholas Tsarnas for oroperty located at 12508-10 Detroit <br />Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, to provide office soace for the City"s YOuth Office for a period <br />of one year commencing January 1, 1982, to December 31, 1982. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municioal department and for the immediate <br />preservation of the public safety and welfare; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a Lease Agreement with Nicholas Tsarnas for 3roperty located at 12508-10 <br />Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, to provide office space for the City's Youth <br />Office for a period of one year commencing January 1, 1982, to December 31, t982, <br />said Lease to be substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein with an additional <br />provision to orovide that said Lease may be terminated by the City without <br />penalty uoon 45 days notice to the Landlord. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote ot two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
