one Bond over another, by the Indenture constitu- ting a lien upon and pledge of the Pledged Reve- nues; that the Series 1982 Bonds are to be issued pursuant to the authority of Article XVIII of the Constitution of the State of Ohio, the Charter of the Issuer, and the Indenture; and that the pro- ceeds of the sale of the Series 1982 Bonds shall be used for the purpose of paying the expenses of the issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds, paying interest thereon during the construction of the 1982 Project, paying costs of constructing the 1982 Project, and paying amounts into the Special Funds as required or permitted under the Indenture and the Bond Legislation. is hereby amended to read in its entirety as~follows: Section 2. Authorization of $23,710,000 Hospital Improvement Revenue Bonds - 1982 Series. This Council of the Issuer has found and deter- mined and the Board of Trustees of the Hospital of the Issuer intends to find and determine, and this Council does hereby confirm that (i) the construc- tion of the 1982 Project is necessary for the Issuer to provide improved hospital care to its residents and thereby serve the proper municipal purpose of promoting the pubic health and welfare; (ii) that, in order to finance costs of the con- struction of the 1982 Project, the issuer needs to issue and sell the Series 1982 Bonds in the aggre- gate principal amount of $23,710,000 on a parity with the outstanding Original Bonds, payable solely from the Pledged Revenues and secured only, but equally and ratably without priority of any one Bond over another, by the Indenture constitu- ting a lien upon and pledge of the Pledged Reve- nues; that the Series 1982 Bonds are to be issued pursuant to the authority of Article XVIII of the Constitution of the State of Ohio, the Charter of the Issuer, and the Indenture; and that the pro- ceeds of the sale of the Series 1982 Bonds shall be used for the purpose of paying the expenses of the issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds, paying interest thereon during the construction of the 1982 Project, paying costs of constructing the 1982 Project, and paying amounts into the Special Funds as required or permitted under the Indenture and the Bond Legislation. Section 3. Section 3 of the 1982 Bond Ordinance, which now reads in its entirety as follows: Section 3. Terms and Provisions Applicable to the Series 1982 Bonds. The Series 1982 Bonds shall be initially issued in coupon or fully registered form as may be requested by the Original Purchaser thereof (as defined in Section 4 hereof) and shall be exchangeable for fully registered or coupon bonds in the manner and on the terms pro- vided in the Indenture.
