FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />1982 Street Improvement Notes <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio , <br />May 17, 1982 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br /> The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, as the fiscal officer thereof, hereby certifies as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the improvements as described <br />in Resolutions No. 5619 and 5638 is hereby certified to be at least <br />five (5) years. <br /> <br /> 2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, <br />is twenty (20) years, but may not exceed five (5) years, this being the <br />number of years over which the assessments to pay the property owners' <br />portion of the cost of such improvement will be payable. <br /> <br /> 3. That the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation <br />of the issuance of such bonds is five years, provided, however, that, if <br />such notes are sold at private sale, then their maximum maturity is <br />one (1) year. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />Director of Finance <br /> <br /> <br />
