PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Agreement entered into this day of , 1982, <br /> <br />between the City of Lakewood (hereinafter referred to as "City") and the <br />Lakewood Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as "Board") for the <br />purchase of property by the City from the Board and an option extended to <br />the Board from the City. <br /> <br /> W I TN E SS ETH <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE the parties mutually contract and agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Board agrees to conveys to the City and the City agrees to <br />purchase for TEN DOLLARS And 00/100 ($10.00) property known and described as <br />in attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br /> 2. The Board in consideration of said conveyance shall have the <br /> option to repurchase said property for TEN DOLLARS And O0/lO0 ($10.00) no <br /> e~rlier than ten years and one day from the date of transfer to the City <br /> subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Any building constructed on the land by the City shall be and <br /> remain the property of the City; <br /> <br /> b) The Board for ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) shall give to the City an <br /> easement of ingress and egress to said property. <br /> <br /> c) The Board shall enter into a 99 year Lease with the City for <br /> ONE DOLLAR And O0/lO0 ($1.00) per year for the lease of said land. <br /> <br /> 3.
