Section 8. That pursuant to Article XIV, Section 16, of the <br />Charter of the City, the Director of Public Works has heretofore certi- <br />fied to this Council that his estimate of the life of the improvement <br />described in Sections 1 and 2 hereof is twenty-five (25) years. <br /> <br /> Section 9. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed as soon as the funds therefor are avail- <br />able to make and execute a contract for said improvement with the lowest <br />and bes~ bidder after advertising according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That the Clerk of this Council be and she is <br />hereby directed to deliver to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County a certified <br />copy of this ordinance within fifteen (15) days following its passage. <br /> <br /> S~ction 11. That Ordinance No. 74-82 passed by this Council <br /> on September 20, 1982, be and the same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 12. It is found and determined that all formal a~- <br /> tions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br /> ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br /> such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees ihat <br /> resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br /> compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the <br /> Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 13.
