FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />November 1, 1982 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br /> The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />as the fiscal officer thereof, as defined by Ohio Revised Code, Section 133.01, <br />hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of bonds for the purpose <br />of paying the property owners' portion, in anticipation of the levy and collec- <br />tion of special assessments, of the cost of improving the municipal easements <br />described in Resolution Nos. 5577 and 5602, adopted on June 15, 1981, and <br />September 21, 1981, respectively, by constructing thereon breakwalls with <br />concrete modules and end returns together with the necessary appurtenances <br />thereto, as follows: <br /> <br />That the estimated life of the improvements to be <br />constructed from the proceeds of such bonds is hereby <br />certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />The maximum maturity of such bonds to be issued for such <br />purpose, calculated in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 133.20 Ohio Revised Code, is ten (10) years, being <br />also my estimate of the life usefulness of such improve- <br />ments. <br /> <br />Ail of which is respectfully submitted. <br /> <br /> Director of Finance <br />City of Lakewood, Ohio <br /> <br /> <br />
