\'.'-' '--) -,~ shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows' 1769.04 ANIMAL ENCLOSURES; LIMITATIONS ON RAISING FOWL. No rabbit hutch, goat pen, chicken coop, runway yard or other place for the keeping of any rabbit, goat, chicken, goose, turkey, common pigeon other than a homing pigeon, or fowl of any kind shall b~ maintained of suffered to exist in the City" No live rabbit, chick~n, duck, goos~, turkey, common pigeon other than a homing pigeon or other fowl shall be raised or kept in the City, except that fowl for the purpose of killing or sale in the ordinary course of business may be kept in crates, provided that- (a) Every such crate is maintained in a clean condition; (b) Ev~ry such crate is kept upon a watertight floor or pave- ment that is thoroughly flushed with water daily; and (c) No crate containing or' use to contain live fowl is kept in the same room in which food other than live fowl is prepared, placed, kept or sold. Section 3. It is found and d~termined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any... of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in m~etir\gs open to the public, in compliance with all le9al requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vot~ of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take eff~ct and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the ~layor; otherwise it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by la".
