<br />\'.'-' <br /> <br />'--) <br /> <br />-,~ <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows' <br /> <br />1769.04 ANIMAL ENCLOSURES; LIMITATIONS ON RAISING FOWL. <br /> <br />No rabbit hutch, goat pen, chicken coop, runway yard or other <br />place for the keeping of any rabbit, goat, chicken, goose, <br />turkey, common pigeon other than a homing pigeon, or <br />fowl of any kind shall b~ maintained of suffered to exist <br />in the City" No live rabbit, chick~n, duck, goos~, turkey, <br />common pigeon other than a homing pigeon or other fowl <br />shall be raised or kept in the City, except that fowl for <br />the purpose of killing or sale in the ordinary course <br />of business may be kept in crates, provided that- <br /> <br />(a) Every such crate is maintained in a clean condition; <br />(b) Ev~ry such crate is kept upon a watertight floor or pave- <br />ment that is thoroughly flushed with water daily; and <br />(c) No crate containing or' use to contain live fowl is kept <br />in the same room in which food other than live fowl is prepared, <br />placed, kept or sold. <br /> <br />Section 3. It is found and d~termined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any... of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />m~etir\gs open to the public, in compliance with all le9al requirements including <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 4.
