719.16 <br /> <br />REPEAL. <br /> <br />Ali ordinances in conflict with this ordinance and in <br />particular existing Chapter 719, are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />719.17 <br /> <br />PENALTIES. <br /> <br />Ca) <br /> <br />Any person found guilty of violatin~ any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance upon conviction thereof <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree <br />for the first offense and for a second or subsequent <br />offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the <br />second degree. <br /> <br />Each day such violatiOn occurs or contLnues shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determLned that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />Committees that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including Section '121.22 o£ the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all <br />ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be <br />and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Approved~ <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
