(h) (1) (m) 'Distributor' means any person' who supplies an amusement device £or himself or to another for use in an arcade amusement center or an accessory amusement area. 'Licensee' means the person or .persons wh~ sign an application for license hereunder and to whom sai~ license is issued. 'Owner' means any person who possesses a pecuniary interest either directly or indirectly of twenty-five per cent (25%) or more in an amusement device business. 'Person' means any natural person, nership, association, corporation, form of business organization. firm, part- or any other 'Premises' means the building or portion used for conducting the operation of an amusement-device business. thereof 'School' means any educational institution, public, private, secular or parochial, which offers instruction of high school grade or lower. 719.04 719.05 AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE REQUIRED. No person shall display for purpose of use any amusement device in the City of Lakewood withoUt having first obtained a license therefor as provided in this ordinance, which license shall be designated as an 'amusement device license'. A separate license is required for each such amusement device. ACCESSORY AMUSEMENT AREA LICENSE REQUIRED. No person shall conduct or operate an accessory amusement area in the City of Lakewood without having first obtained a license therefor as provided in this ordinance, which license shall be designated as an 'amusement area license'. 719.06 ARCADE AMUSENENT CENTER LICENSE REQUIRED. No person shall conduct or operate an arcade amusement center in the City of Lakewood without having first obtained a license therefor as provided in this ordinance, which license shall be designated as an 'amusement center license'. 4
