<br /> FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> 1980 Street Improvement Notes - 1982 Renewal <br /> Lakewood Ohio <br /> May 17 1982 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, as the fiscal officer thereof, hereby certifies as follows: <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the improvements as described <br />in Resolutions No. 5362, as amended, and 5427 is hereby certified to be <br />at least five (5) years. <br /> 2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, <br />is twenty (20) years, but may not exceed five (5) years, this being the <br />number of years over which the assessments to pay the property owners' <br />portion of the cost of such improvement will be payable. <br /> 3.
