"Registered Bonds" means Bonds registered in the respective names of the holders thereof, including coupon Bonds registered as to principal (except to bearer) and fully registered Bonds; and "fully registered Bonds" means Bonds without coupons and registered as to both principal and interest. "Series" means all of the Bonds authenticated and delivered on original issuance in a simultaneous transaction, and any Bonds there- after authenticated and delivered in lieu of or in substitution there- for, pursuant to any Series Bond Legislation and the Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture, regardless of variations in maturity, interest rate or other provisions. "Series Bond Legislation" means the ordinance of the Legis- lative Authority authorizing the issuance of any Series of Bonds and constituting a part of the Indenture or the Supplemental Indenture securing such Series. With respect to the Series 1983-A Bonds and the Series 1983-B Bonds, this Bond Legislation shall constitute the Series Bond Legislation. "Series 1983-A Bonds" means the Issuer's Hospital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 1983-A, authorized pursuant to Section 5 hereof. "Series 1983-B Bonds" means the Issuer's Hospital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 1983-B, authorized pursuant to Section 10 hereof. "Special Funds" means collectively the Debt Service Fund, the Debt Service Reserve Fund, the Depreciation Reserve Fund, the Construc- tion Fund and any other funds or accounts permitted by, established under, or identified in the Indenture, other than the Hospital Revenue Fund. "Specified Interest Rates" means, as to any Series of Bonds, such interest rate or rates which the Bonds of such Series shall bear as specified in or pursuant to the applicable Series Bond Legislation. "State" means the State of Ohio, one of the United States of America. "Supplemental Indenture" means any supplemental trust inden- ture, entered into pursuant to and in accordance with the Indenture, amending, supplementing or otherwise modifying the Indenture. "Term Bonds" means Bonds of any Series maturing on a Term Maturity Date, the principal of which is subject to payment by mandatory redemption prior to maturity through the application of Mandatory Sink- ing Fund Installments. "Term Maturity Date" or "Term Maturity Dates" means, as to any Series of Bonds, such date or dates on which Bonds of such Series which are Term Bonds mature by their stated maturities, as specified in or pursuant to the applicable Series Bond Legislation. -13-
