In the event InTA elects <br />this option (ii), Lakewood shall pay to RITA as full reimbursement for <br />data processing services the sum of $5,700 per month for each month <br />commencing January 1, 1984 through the end of the month in which the <br />effective date of termination occurs. <br /> RITA shall notify Lakewood at least sixty (60) days prior <br />to the effective date of termination as to which option it has selected. <br /> D.
