ORDINANCE NO.: 117-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1, 1984 to March 31, 1984, as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily opera- tion of municipal departments; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from t~e General Fund: General Fund $3,625,000 Section 2. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: State Highway Improvement Fund Street Const., Maintenance & Repair Fund Office on Aging Fund, Title III B Office on Aging Fund, Title III C Police Pension Transfer Fire Pension Transfer Community Development Block Grant Federal Revenue Sharing Litter Control 15,000 500,000 135,000 15,000 125,000 175,000 500,000 110,000 5,000 Section 3. That there be appropriated from Debt Service Funds: Bond Retirement 700,000 Secti on 4. That there be appropriated from the Capital Projects Funds: Capital Improvement 181,500 Section 5. That there be appropriated from the Special Assess- ment Funds: Local Street Improvement Housing Rehabilitation 400,000 40,000 Section 6. That there be appropriated from the Enterprise Funds: Hospital Fund Water Fund Waste Water Sewer Facilities Fund Waste Water Improvement Fund Parking Facilities Fund Congregate Living Facility 12,000,000 700,000 500,000 1,000,000 500,000 1,500 Section 7. That further all present encumbrances of all funds of the City of Lakewood shall be reappropriated for expenditure in 1984.
