Please substitute for Ordinance <br />No. 21-83, placed on first <br />reading March 21, 1983, and <br />referred to the Planning and <br />Zoning Committee and the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 21-83 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallaher, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising <br />the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set <br />forth and described (14400 Detroit Avenue, rear, and 1341 Marlowe <br />Avenue). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is <br />hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the <br />extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 76 in the J.C. Lower <br />Subdivision of part of Original Township Section No. 22, as <br />shown by the recorded plat in Volume 31 of Maps, Page 11 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records and other land in Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 22 together bounded and described as follows; <br /> <br />Beginning on the easterly line of Marlowe Avenue, 58 feet in <br />width, at the northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 76; <br /> <br />thence South 89o 41' 53" East along the northerly line of <br />Sublot No. 76 and along the southerly line of the Norfolk <br />and Western Railroad Right of Way, 66 feet in width, 241.58 <br />feet to the northeasterly corner of Parcel 1 of land conveyed <br />to Irene D. Podway by deed dated February 2, 1977 and recorded <br />in Volume 14441, Page 823 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br /> <br />thence South O0° 54' 16" East along the easterly line of said <br />Parcel 1 to its intersection with the north boundary of the <br />existing BR District; <br /> <br />thence westerly along the north boundary of said BR District <br />to the easterly line of the aforesaid J.C. Lower Subdivision; <br /> <br />thence North O0° 09' 30" West along said easterly line of the <br />J.C. Lower Subdivision, 247.50 feet to the southeasterly <br />corner of said Sublot No. 76; <br /> <br />thence South 89o 50' 30" West along the southerly line of Sublot <br />No, 76, 140.00 feet to the easterly line of Marlowe Avenue; <br /> <br />thence North O0° 09' 30" WeSt along the easterly line of Marlowe <br />Avenue, 53.36 feet to the place of beginning and containing <br />38,378 square feet or 0.881 of an acre of land according to a <br />survey of Dempsey & Associates, Inc.
