Please substitute for Ordinance No. 21-83, placed on first reading March 21, 1983, and referred to the Planning and Zoning Committee and the Planning Commission. ORDINANCE NO. 21-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallaher, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described (14400 Detroit Avenue, rear, and 1341 Marlowe Avenue). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 76 in the J.C. Lower Subdivision of part of Original Township Section No. 22, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 31 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records and other land in Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 together bounded and described as follows; Beginning on the easterly line of Marlowe Avenue, 58 feet in width, at the northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 76; thence South 89o 41' 53" East along the northerly line of Sublot No. 76 and along the southerly line of the Norfolk and Western Railroad Right of Way, 66 feet in width, 241.58 feet to the northeasterly corner of Parcel 1 of land conveyed to Irene D. Podway by deed dated February 2, 1977 and recorded in Volume 14441, Page 823 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; thence South O0° 54' 16" East along the easterly line of said Parcel 1 to its intersection with the north boundary of the existing BR District; thence westerly along the north boundary of said BR District to the easterly line of the aforesaid J.C. Lower Subdivision; thence North O0° 09' 30" West along said easterly line of the J.C. Lower Subdivision, 247.50 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 76; thence South 89o 50' 30" West along the southerly line of Sublot No, 76, 140.00 feet to the easterly line of Marlowe Avenue; thence North O0° 09' 30" WeSt along the easterly line of Marlowe Avenue, 53.36 feet to the place of beginning and containing 38,378 square feet or 0.881 of an acre of land according to a survey of Dempsey & Associates, Inc.
