Section 9. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed as soon as the funds therefor are avail- <br />able to make and execute.a contract for said improvement with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertising according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to deliver to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County a certified copy <br />of this ordinance within fifteen (15) ~ays following its passage. <br /> <br /> Section 11. That it is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council· and that all <br />such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulting in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the <br />Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 12.
