Section 3. That Section 5Z9.02 of the General Offenses Code of the <br />Codified Drdinances of the City of Lakewood shall be and the same is hereby sup- <br />plemented by enacting new subparagraph (il to read as follows: <br /> <br />(il No person being the owner or occupant of any premises lo- <br />cated within the City shall knowingly allow any person under <br />the age of twenty-one (2l)years to remain on such premises while <br />in the possession of intoxicating liquor or while consuming <br />intoxicating liquor, or allow any person under the age of nine- <br />teen (19) years to remain on such premises while in possession <br />of beer or while consuming beer~ in violation of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That existing subparagraph (h) of Section 529.02 of the <br />General Offenses Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood shall <br />be and the same is hereby relettered as subparagraph (j). <br /> <br /> Section 5. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including <br />Section 1Z1.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; <br />otherwise it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
