ORDINANCE NO. 63-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising <br />the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set <br />fOrth and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the ~onin9 map to the extent that the <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State <br />of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport Township <br />Section Number 21, and also known as Sublot Numbers 19, 20, 21, <br />22, and 23 in the Lapham & Hird Subdivision as shown by recorded <br />Plat in Volume 30 of Maps, page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records and <br />other land in Original Rockport Township Section 21, together <br />bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwesterly corner of sublot 18, in the Lapham <br />& Hird Subdivision as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 30 <br />of Maps, page 24 of the Cuyahoga County Records; <br /> <br />thence easterly along the southerly line of said sublot a distance <br />of about 145.57' to a point, which is the south easterly corner of <br />said sublot. <br /> <br />thence northerly along the easterly line of said subdivision a <br />distance of about 74 feet, to a point; <br /> <br />thence easterly a distance of about 186.10' to a point which is the <br />westerly line of West 117th. Street (80' wide) the forementioned <br />lines are also the southerly line of the BR District; <br /> <br />thence southerly along the westerly line of West 117th. Street a <br />distance of about 342.02' to a point which is the northerly line <br />of the Norfolk & Western Railroad; <br /> <br />thence westerly along the northerly line of the Norfolk & Western <br />Railroad a distance of about 362.15' to a point which is the easterly <br />line of Hird Avenue (50' wide); <br /> <br /> thence northerly along the easterly line of said street a distance <br /> of about 190.10', to a point which is the principle place of beginning <br /> be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways; <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification X (Industrial) to use classification BR (Business <br />Residential). <br /> <br /> <br />
