ORDINANCE NO. 63-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set fOrth and described. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the ~onin9 map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport Township Section Number 21, and also known as Sublot Numbers 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 in the Lapham & Hird Subdivision as shown by recorded Plat in Volume 30 of Maps, page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records and other land in Original Rockport Township Section 21, together bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of sublot 18, in the Lapham & Hird Subdivision as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 30 of Maps, page 24 of the Cuyahoga County Records; thence easterly along the southerly line of said sublot a distance of about 145.57' to a point, which is the south easterly corner of said sublot. thence northerly along the easterly line of said subdivision a distance of about 74 feet, to a point; thence easterly a distance of about 186.10' to a point which is the westerly line of West 117th. Street (80' wide) the forementioned lines are also the southerly line of the BR District; thence southerly along the westerly line of West 117th. Street a distance of about 342.02' to a point which is the northerly line of the Norfolk & Western Railroad; thence westerly along the northerly line of the Norfolk & Western Railroad a distance of about 362.15' to a point which is the easterly line of Hird Avenue (50' wide); thence northerly along the easterly line of said street a distance of about 190.10', to a point which is the principle place of beginning be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways; shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification X (Industrial) to use classification BR (Business Residential).
