ORDINANCE NO. 71-83 Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described. (1437 Wayne Avenue - North half of Armory Property) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 23, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Sublot No. 27 in the Wayne Avenue Subdivision as recorded in Volume 30, Page 13, o~ Cuyahoga County Record of Maps, said point being distant South 000'30TM East 294.40 feet from the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue, 66 feet wide; thence North 89o59'30'' East 115 feet along the Northerly line of Sublot No. 27 to the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence North 0o0'30'' West along the Easterly line of Sublot No's. 25 and 26 to a point distant 12 feet North 0o0'30'' West of the North- easterly corner of Sublot No. 26; thence Easterly in a direct line about 132.26 feet to the North- westerly corner of Sublot No. 69 in the John Nahuis Subdivision as recorded in Volume 30, Page 6, of Cuyahoga County Record of Maps; thence South 0o0'30'' East along the Westerly line of said John Nahuis Subdivision 316.49 feet to a point, said point being about 3.51 feet North 0o0'30'' West of the Southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 62 in the John Nahuis Subdivision; thence South 89o59'30'' West a distance of 132 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the Wagne Avenue Subdivision aforesaid, said point being distant South 0 0'30" East 16 feet from the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 32 in the Wayne Avenue Subdivision; thence North 0o0'30'' West along the Easterly line of the said Wayne Avenue Subdivision 136 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 29;
