the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to pay the City!s share <br />of expenses incidental to the completion of the purchase, including the cost of <br />the Deed, one-half of the escrow fee and any prorata share chargeable to the <br />City as purchaser. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The cost of the purchase of said property shall be paid from <br />the Hospital fund - plant replacement restricted fund. <br /> <br /> Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all said deliberations of this Council <br />and that of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public in accordance with all legal requirements including <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
