Said Bonds shall be <br />issued in one let and notes have been issued in an- <br />ticipation of said Bonds." <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 2 of the Original Bond Ordinance, which now <br /> <br />"Section 2. Said Bonds shall be dated September 1, <br />1983; shall be numbered from 1 upwards; shall be of <br />the denomination of $1,000 or integral multiples <br />thereof; and shall bear interest at the rate of <br />twelve per centum (12%) per annum, payable semi- <br />annually on the first day of June and the first day <br />of December of each year (the 'Interest Payment Date'), <br />beginning December 1, 1983, until the principal sum <br />is paid; provided, however, that if the Bonds are sold <br />bearing a different rate of interest than herein speci- <br />fied, such Bonds shall bear such rate of interest as <br />may be provided in the resolution of Council approv- <br />ing the award thereof. Such Bonds shall mature as <br />follows: $15,000 on December 1 in each ~f the years <br />from 1985 to 1993, inclusive; and $20,000 on December <br />1, 1994; which maturities are hereby determined to be <br />in substantially equal annual installments." <br /> <br />amended to read: <br /> <br />"Section 2. Said Bonds shall initially be dated <br />September 1, 1983; shall be numbered from 1 upwards; <br />shall be of the denomination of $1,000 or integral <br />multiples thereof; and shall bear interest f~om their <br />respective dates at the rate of twelve per centum (12%) <br />per annum, payable semiannually on the first day of <br />June and the first day of December of each year (the <br />'Interest Payment Dates'), beginning December 1, 1983, <br />until the principal sum is paid; provided, however, <br />that if the Bonds are sold bearing a different rate <br />of interest than herein specified, such Bonds shall <br />bear such rate of interest as may be provided in the <br />ordinance of Council approving the award thereof. <br />Such Bonds shall mature on December 1 as follows: <br />$8,000 in each of the years 1985 and 1986; $9,000 in <br />each of the years from 1987 to 1989, inclusive; and <br />$10,000 in each of the years from 1990 to 1994, in- <br />clusive; which maturities are hereby determined to be <br />in substantially equal annual installments." <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 3 of the Original Bond Ordinance, which now <br /> <br />"Section 3.
