<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />September 6, 1983 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Director of Finance Of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, as fiscal officer thereof, as defined by SectiQn <br />133.01, Ohio Revised Code, hereby certifies in connection with your <br />proposed issue of bonds in the principal amount of $111,000 for the <br />purpose of improving easements in the City of Lakewood by construct- <br />ing thereon breakwal1s with concrete modules and end returns, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life of the property and imprOve- <br />ments described in Resolution No. 5715 and Resolution No. 5709 to <br />be acquired from the proceeds of such bonds is hereby certified to <br />be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds to be issued <br />fQr such purpose, ca1su1ated in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 133.20; Ohio Revised Code, is twenty-five (25) years, being <br />also my estimate of the life usefulness of such improvements, pro- <br />vided that such maturity may not exceed the periQd for which as- <br />sessments are to be levied for such improvements, to wit: ten (10) <br />years. <br /> <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br /> <br />~ t.~_ <br /> <br />Director of Finance <br />City of Lakewood, Ohio <br />
