(c)(1) the permittee shall pay a rental fee which shall <br />be the fair market rental value of the property used as de- <br />termined by the Mayor, but not less than Ten Dollars <br />($10.00) per year or part thereof, for each location where <br />a newspaper device is installed. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(c)(1) the permittee shall pay a rental fee which shall <br />be Ten Dollars ($10.00) per year or part thereof, for each <br />location where a newspaper dispensing device is installed. <br /> <br /> Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 8.
