Placed on First Reading 10-1-84 <br />Placed on Second Reading 10-15-84 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 100-84 <br /> <br />BY:: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wenling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the <br />zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and <br />described: (11900 Detroit Avenue) <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and known as being part <br />of Original Rockport Township Lots Nos. 41 and 42 in <br />Lapham and Hirds Subdivision of part of Original <br />Rockport Township Lot ~o. 61 in Section No. 21, as <br />shown by the recorded plat in Volume 30 of Maps, Page <br />24 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a <br />parcel of land bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the Northly line of Detroit Avenue, <br />66 feet wide , at its intersection with the Easterly <br />Line of said Original Lot No. 60, said place of <br />beginning being also the Southwesterly corner of the <br />first parcel of land conveyed to The Carey Company, <br />by deed dated September 17, 1934, and recorded in <br />Volume 4383, Page 363 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence North 83° 25' 50" West along the Northerly <br />line of Detroit Avenue, 139.05 feet to its <br />intersection with the Easterly line of land conveyed <br />to Richard F. Edwards by deed dated June 16, 1900 and <br />recorded in Volume 756, Page 97 of Cuyahoga Records; <br />thence North O0° 30' 07" West along the Easterly line <br />of land so conveyed to Richard F. Edwards, 291 feet <br />to a point; thence North 87° 15' 50" East 236.51 feet <br />to a point in the Westerly line of land conveyed to <br />Ann Elizabeth Norris by deed dated December 7, 1895 <br />and recorded in Volume 616, Page 319 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence South O0° 32' 45" East along <br />the Westerly line of land so conveyed to Ann <br />Elizabeth Norris as aforesaid 83 feet to an iron pin <br />at the intersection of the last described line, with <br />the Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of <br />Sub Lot No. 44 in Lapham and Hirds Subdivision; <br />thence due East along the Westerly prolongation of <br />the Northerly line of said Sub lot No. 44, 116.64 <br />feet to its intersection with the Westerly line of <br />land conveyed to The Bomgardner Manufacturing Company <br />by deed dated December 22, 1919 and recorded in <br />Volume 2345, Page 308 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence South O0° 29' 30" East along the Westerly line <br /> <br /> <br />
