ORDINANCE NO. 120-84 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations <br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 32-84 adopted March 19, 1984. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation <br />of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by <br />Ordinance No. 32-84 adopted March 19, 1984. <br /> <br />Section 2. That there be transferred from the General Fund. <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />$ 1,030,000 <br /> <br />Section 3. That there be transferred to the Special Revenue Funds. <br /> <br />Street Construction, Maint. & Repair Fund <br />Office on Aging - Title IIIB Fund <br />Office on Aging - Title IIIC Fund <br /> <br />565,000 <br />325,000 <br />140,000 <br /> <br />Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adop- <br />tion and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
