<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE approving the editing and inclusion of
<br />certain ordinances enacted by the Council ftomJuly 15, 1983 to October 1, 1984.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have
<br />been adopted J:¡y this Council during the périod from July 15, 1983 to October I, 1984,
<br />whiC:h should be included in the Codified Ordinancesöf the City öf Lakeviood, Ohio,
<br />so as to conform to the classification and numbering system Çlf tl;te Codified
<br />Ordin'a,nces, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an e_mergency measUre providing
<br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and there exists an
<br />imperative necessity for the earliest publication and distribution of 1984 replace-
<br />ment pages to the Codified Ordinances of the City of LakewoOct to the officials
<br />and resid~rits of the City so as to facilitate adn1inistration, daily operation, and
<br />to a: void praotical and legal entanglements; now, therefQre,

<br />Section 1" Th~J the editing, arrangement and numbering or renumbering
