The discharge report may include, but not be <br />limited to, nature of process, rates of flow, mass dis- <br />charge rate, raw material and production quantities, hours <br />of operation, number and classification of employees, com- <br />pliance status with any State of Federal pretreatment <br />standards or other information which relates to the genera- <br />tion of waste, including wastewater constituents and charac- <br />teristics in the wastewater discharge.
