Section 2. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section <br />1 hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who <br />qualify shall be paid a shift and charge differential at a rate of <br />fifty cents (50~) per hour in addition to their usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 3. In addition to the compensation in Section ) hereof, <br />as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify <br />shall be paid a resource differential of up to three dollars ($3.00} <br />per hour in addition to their usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 4. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section <br />I hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who <br />qualify shall be paid overtime at a rate of one and one-half'(l~) times <br />the employee's regular hourly rate for day shift and one and one-half (1½) <br />times the regular hourly rate and shift differential for relief and <br />night shifts. <br /> <br /> Section 5. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section <br />1 hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who <br />qualify shall be tntitled to be paid at their regular hourly rate up to <br />five (5) days of earned but not taken vacation time or holiday time. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Compensation for said employees shall be paid from the <br />Hospital's Operating Fund on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> <br /> Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect on April 1, 1984 and Ordinance No. 9-83 <br />adopted on March 21, 1983 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith ~ha!l be and are hereby repealed as of this date. <br /> <br /> I Pr~si'6Ken~ ~ -' ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
