25-84 <br /> <br />1~: Brown, CHinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ~ ORDINANCE to amend paragral~h (a) of Section 1315.01 of the <br />Building Code of the Oodified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating to <br />the Fire Limits established within the City. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Zoning Ordinance 77-82, adopted on Jant~_ry 3, 1983, has deleted <br />the zoning district known as B-2, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the immediate preservatic~ of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal dep~rtment; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE (IX~CIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That paragraph (a) of Secticn 1315.01 of the Building Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Tmkewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br />1315.01DISTRICTSES~kBLISHED <br /> <br />(a) Pursuant to Section 301.2 of the Chio Basic Building Code, Zoning <br />Districts B1, B2, BR and X or the same as shall be amended from time to <br />time are hereby declared to be fire limit districts and shall oomply <br />with all provisions as set forth in the Ohio Basic Building Ode. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1315.01 DISTRICI~S ESTABLISHED <br /> <br />(a) Pursuant to Section 301.2 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, Zoning <br />Districts B1, BRan dX or the same as shall be amended from time to time <br />are hereby declared to be fire limit districts and shall comply with all <br />provisions as set forth in the Ohio Basic Building Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted <br />in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this <br />Council and of any .of its cc~mitt~ that resulted in such formal action were <br />in meetings open to the public, in compliance withall legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this Ordinance isherebydeclared tobe an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-.thirc~ofallmembers of Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approved <br />by the Mayor; otherwise it shall take effect and be in force after the <br />earliest period allowed by law and existing paragraph (a) of Section 1315.01 <br />shall be and the same is hereby repealed at such time. <br /> <br />Approved: ~ /~/ <br /> <br /> <br />
