Section 6 That there be appropriated from <br /> the Special Assessment Fund: <br /> <br />Street Improvement Fund <br />Breakwall Improvement Fund <br />Sidewalk Repair Fund <br /> <br />1,962,436 <br /> 10,700 <br /> 54,400 <br /> <br />Total Special Assessment Fund <br /> <br />2,027,536 <br /> <br />Section 7 That the following summary of appropriations shall govern expend- <br />itures of the City of Lakewood for fiscal year 1984 subject to any additions <br />and/or changes: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Debt Service Funds <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Special Assessment Funds <br /> <br />16,017,800 <br />6,071,275 <br />1,395,090 <br />2,524,677 <br />75,347,610 <br />2,027,536 <br /> <br />Total Appropriations <br /> <br />103,383,988 <br /> <br />Section 8 All encumbrances from prior fiscal year shall be put on a carry <br />forward basis. <br /> <br />Section 9 All revenues projected and budgeted are reflected in the proposed <br />budget document. <br /> <br />Section l0 That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordin- <br />ance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the depart- <br />ment for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President of <br />Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section ll In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice <br />of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a per- <br />iod of not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than five (5) of the most <br />public places in the City, which places have been determined by Council in <br />Ordinance No 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 12 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements includ- <br />ing Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 13 That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives the affirm- <br />ative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor, and Ordinance No 117-83 and all other ordinances or parts of ordin- <br />ances inconsistant herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Adopted: /~~ {~y ~J/~ <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />president <br /> <br /> <br />
