That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of the original Mathews and Gilbert Subdivision number eight and the 3.C. Lower Subdivision of part of the recorded plat in Volume 31 of Maps, page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records and other land in Original Rockport Township Section number 22.
