ORDINANCE NO. 41-84 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the <br />annual salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City <br />of Lakewood, excluding the Divisions of Police and Fire, effective March 4, 1984, <br />and creating the positions and fixing the annual salary of the Chief of Police <br />and the Chief of Fire, effective January 1, 1984. <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of <br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of <br />employees; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
