FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />Lake Avenue Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes <br /> <br /> Lakewood, Ohio <br /> May 7, 1984 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br /> The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in <br />connection with your proposed issue of notes and bonds for the purpose <br />of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in cooperation <br />with the Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Lake Avenue <br />from West ll7th Street to Webb Road, by reconstruction of the roadway, <br />replacing curbing, installing handicapped ramps, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances thereto, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the improvements to be con- <br />structed from the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to be at <br />least five years. <br /> <br /> 2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code is <br />twenty years, provided that if notes in anticipation of such bonds are <br />outstanding for a period in excess of five years from the date of the <br />original issue, the period thereof in excess of five years shall be <br />deducted from such maximum maturity of said bonds. <br /> <br /> 3. That the maximum maturity of the notes now proposed to be <br />issued in anticipation of the issuance of said bonds is ten years from <br />the date of the notes originally issued for such purpose, viz. June 1, <br />1994, if sold at public sale, or one year if sold at private sale. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Director of Finance <br /> <br /> <br />
